staff to be CSCS compliant , labour now stands at 30 on site
and 5 in office , estimating , contracts etc. |

year sees 2 contracts totaling£560K awarded to Challenge
, labour hits 50+ in the summer , a change of direction is sought
and Challenge starts to invest in Logistics which sees major
fleet replacement with new vehicles , bigger head office facilities
taken on and 90% staff now CSCS compliant by September 2003. |
